Original Magnetodynamic Equipment
Dear colleagues! We would like to propose for you commercial designing, manufacturing, sale and adjustment of industrial and
experimental original magnetodynamic equipment. It is possible to realize this work by different commercial and scientific
co-operation. Proposed equipment provides: inductive heating of molten metal; controlled electromagnetic stirring of melts;
electromagnetic transporting of liquid metal; dosed electromagnetic pouring of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys; pouring of
melts under low electromagnetic pressure. It is possible to apply such aggregates as: 1) Magnetodynamic mixers-batchers for aluminium
and zinc alloys (MDN-6A); 2) Magnetodynamic mixers-batchers for inductive heating and electromagnetic pouring of cast iron and steel;
3) Units for pouring of aluminium alloys under electromagnetic pressure with usage of a principle of the dispersed gating system
(RASLIT-LEMD); 4) Units for melting, out-of-furnace treatment and electromagnetic pouring of leaden and tinned alloys. We can also
engineering, manufacturing, sale and adjustment of magnetodynamic unit to solve different technological problems, including ones
which are difficult to solve by conventional methods. So, we are proposing to design and produce the МHD-equipment both accomplish
technologies for an efficient remelting of aluminium scrap, including one with thin walls and developed surface. Best regards,
