A Manganese Steel Foundry
Who we are & what we can do for you! A manganese steel foundry making grid type mill liners for the mining industry. We also produce
crusher parts for jaw, cone and gyratory crushers, blow bars for impactors, hammers and anvils for shredders and drop crosses for
demolition work. Measurements taken, drawings produced, patterns made and castings delivered. We have over 4000 patterns for popular
crusher items. We cast jaws up to 12,000 lbs and rounds up to 7,000 lbs per piece. Materials produced 12%, 16%, 18% & 21% manganese
steel with chrome if required, carbon steel and low alloy steels. We normally prefer to send 20' containers loads (16 tonnes)
directly to job site or distribution point. This is the most economical method for the customer. Our customers are O.E.M, mines and
