The production of the company is pointed mainly towards the field of spare parts for the field of spare parts for the automotive industry especially starter and alternator housings and other minor parts. We are proud to announce that V.I.P. Ltd. is a supplier of the biggest American corporation in the field of "aftermarket / beguilers industry" dealing with starters and alternators. Other major fields of our activity are the parts for electric motors (housings, output terminal boxes etc.), elements for heating radiators, parts for washing machines, sets for GSM amplifiers, etc. The high quality of our production was and is satisfying the quality requirements of: Wetherill Associates Ins. (WAI) – Usadixie Electric Rebuilders Ltd. – Canada, Beissbarth GmbH – Germany, Dynamo – Sliven, Maket Ltd., Kaps Ltd. and many more. Via implementation of CAD/CAM system the company designs up to date tooling equipment including dies for casting of aluminum alloys under pressure and trim dies for the subsequent primary processing. The production of the equipment mentioned above is carried out either by manufacturers with a long experience and established positions on the tooling market or by the company itself. Of course there are possibilities for co-operated production too. We are proud to say that such tools and equipment are currently running not only in Bulgaria but also in the USA and Ukraine. V.I.P. Ltd. produces itself all the technological equipment necessary for the serial production of each part or unit including fixtures for the machine processing, quality control and instrumental adapters. The company is currently running several casting machines with closing effort of 250 and 400 tones having production capacity up to 300 000 kg of raw casting per year which grants certain potential for stable deliveries. The running of bigger machines is planned for the near future but there is no problem for co-operation at this stage. The specification of the current production determines the usage of precise machines and at the same time offering Asian prices. Along with the universal machinery the company runs CNC lathes, CNC machining centers and some other specific ones. To grant the world quality of the outgoing production our company implemented specific methods for its control and precise measuring appliances at every workplace needing. V.I.P. Ltd. has a measurement laboratory for preliminary and current evaluation entirely equipped with computers and appliances delivered from Mitutoyo – Japan.
