Vipom JSC, has specialized as a manufacturer of pumps, pumping units, pumping stations, small hydroelectric stations, and
- gray cast iron - GG10, GG15, GG20, GG25;
- bronze castings CuSn3Zn7Pb5Ni.
The company produces centrifugal, eddy, diagonal-pipe pumps with the following
technical parameters:- Discharge - from 0.3 to 1800 l/sec;
- Head - from 4 to 450 meter water column;
- Power - 0.37 to 1000 kW.
The foundry workshop has been
providing high quality hydraulic thick castings resisting pressures of up to 5.5 Mpa. It has supplied customers with such products in the course of 50 years. The unit weight of casting is
within the 1 kg to 2000 kg range. Castings are shaped in machine manufactured forms made of a mixture of sand and concrete. Cores depend on the overall dimensions and the complexity of the
shape. They are produced of different supports - lubricated, heat hardened or self-hardened (based on furan resin and hot-box processing).
During the last 10 years we started the
production of a wide range of artistic castings in the workshop having sizes of up to 2000 mm. Most of them have been exported.
The company is furnished with an independent work team
engaged in the design and the production of model casing equipment for the needs of the casting industry. Wooden, plastic and aluminum models (patterns) are being produced.
