The production activities of the foundry named Hongyan Electric Special Foundry
comprise:- Investment Casting Line according to the lost wax process, capacity is 800 tons per year,
intricate castings in stainless steel and carbon steel from 4 grams to 30 kg, main products are mechanical accessories, automobile
accessories, hardware for civil use, valve and pump industries parts, etc.
- Sand Casting Process, capacity is 2000 tons per year,
using the technology with sodium silicate-bond sand, castings in carbon steel, high and low alloy steel, high manganese steel,
stainless steel and heat resistance steel.
- Lost Foam Casting, capacity is 1500 tons per year, production line from plastic
patterns to casting finishing, medium and high carbon steel, alloy steel, heat resistance steel and different kinds of nodular cast
iron, general weights are from 0.1 kg up to 300 kg.
