The Foundry Plant is an independent division of a joint-stock company Kovosvit MAS, known manufacturer of machine tools. With more than 50 years in business in the field of gray-iron castings production, the enterprise is one of the first-rate foundries in Czech Republic. Since 2000, the foundry has extended its line of products for castings made of nodular cast iron. Nowadays, the minimal yearly production capacity is 11 000 tons of castings in a weight range from 0.5 to 8500 kg. The production is split into three individual mould shops according to size and casting weight. The company is a holder of CSN EN ISO 9001:2000.
