Leader Valves Ltd. (Prop. of Leader Engineering Works) is a leading manufacturer of valves & boiler mountings in India producing more than 800 000 valves per annum. The castings are produced in our own foundries which are equipped with latest equipments and modern laboratories. Our non-ferrous foundry is having two induction furnaces of 1000 kg & 750 kg capacity respectively and we can melt around 500 tons copper alloy castings per month per shift basis. The non-ferrous castings are produced by shell moulding process. Our ferrous foundry is equipped with one ton induction furnace with two crucibles and Apra-1300 moulding machine along with mechanized sand plant.
