Our company offers castings of Al and Zn alloys under pressure in accordance with a wide range of customer satisfactions for a wide variety
of industrial uses:- automobile industry: bell, speed, supporter, cover, box, plate, door knobs, door-knobs supporter, mirrors;
- electro and machine industry:
different kinds of electric enclosures and covers;
- household appliances: transmission belt, rotor supporter, bearing supporter, iron supporter, upper connection, iron plate;
- wooden
industry: door holder, metalic knob, drawer-handle, nails, window cover, window junction, adjustable stand, etc.
Our final product is aimed for the market of production and service
consumption which means that it is half-product for our customer and forward it will be used in production for some other part for final consumption.
Technological process is suitable
for highserial production where all the castings are with strict tolerances and high quality technical standards and it is consisted by following three phases:
- Preparing of the material-alloy for diecasting - smelting, purifying, distribution and checking of the chemical composition and mechanical characteristics on spectrometer.
- Diecasting of
the casting under high pressure - horizontal and vertical machines are with force of closing from 20 to 1250 t and we work with specific pressure from 200 to 1000 kp/sm. Capacities are
suitable for production of 400-500 t of alloy per month and for diecasting of the castings (in weight) from 5 g up to 2.5 - 5 kg per pc. Thermorequlator devices, lubricator devices and sensors
for computer following of the technological parameters permanently control process of diecasting.
- Mechanical finishing of the castings for getting final product for us, but half-product for
our customer.
Production program (type of parts and quantities) is in accordance with requirements placed in orders by our customers.Parts after their finishing are directly sold from our
warehouse to our customers, that means at the moment we do not have our official selling offices.
Our customers in general are producers of final parts, and commercial agents that buy
different kind of parts and then sell them to some producer of final parts. Present customers are from Europe, Serbia and from domectic market.
