ERDENET MINING CORPORATION (EMC)  -  MONGOLIA

Erdenet Mining Corporation (EMC) is a Mongolian-Russian joint venture. EMC is located on the territory of province Bulgan, 400 km northwest of Ulan-Bator the capital city of Mongolia.

In its units the company includes repair-mechanical factory, the biggest in Mongolia, which provides Erdenet MC by all necessary types of machinery constructing supplies and all complicated repairing tasks of main technological equipments. Production of the company comprises:
  • Copper and Molybdenum concentrates;
  • Machinery-construction production - spare parts and wear resistive elements for mineral processing plant equipment;
  • Steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous cast parts with quantity of approximately 6600 tons per year.
