Ferro-Term Sp. z o.o. - Iron and steel foundry plant in Topola Krolewska has got modern moulding, melting and shot-blasting equipment.
Moulding is flaskless and size of packs is adjusted to the casting sizes. Castings of the following parameters are provided:- Amount: 1 - 500 pieces in one batch;
- Weight up to 100 kg (one unit up to 150 kg);
- Sizes: width 800 mm, length 800 mm, height 400 mm.
Ferro-Term offers castings made out of the following alloys:
- Grey cast iron: EN-GJL-250, EN-GJL-300, EN-GJL-350;
- Ductile cast iron: EN-GJS-350-22, EN-GJS-400-18, EN-GJS-450-10, EN-GJS-500-7, EN-GJS-600-3, EN-GJS-700-2,
EN-GJS-350-22-LT,
EN-GJS-400-18-LT; - Alloy cast iron: EN-GJS_A-XNiCr_30-3, EN-GJS_A-XNiCr_35-5;
- Carbon cast steel: GS 45, GS 52, GS 60;
- Alloy cast steel: for applications in low temperatures,
abrasionproof cast steel, heat resisting cast steel, stainless cast steel.
Foundry is equipped in the certified laboratory, all necessary quality certificates are provided.
