Majevica Holding is a known manufacturer of:- grinding machines, various sharpening machines, slotting machines,
vertical machining and flexible machining cells and lines;
- petrol-filling pumps and cisterns;
- agricultural machines;
- castings of grey cast iron, nodular iron and non-ferrous
alloys.
Majevica - Foundry produces 3 000 tons of castings per year. Main type of cast iron is GG 10 - GG 30, the weight of castings is from 0.20 to 5000 kg. The factory has two electric
furnaces, capacity 3.2 tons each, 6 tons homogenizing receiver, molding line supported by machines "Foromat" 20 and 30, furan molding line, hand molding area, CO2,
Cold-Box, Hot-Box core making, own pattern shop for wooden and metal patterns and core-boxes, cleaning (sand blasting) room, thermal treatment and painting sections.
The castings are
intended for:- tool and agricultural machines;
- sewerage system;
- different weights;
- coal/wood-burning stoves and furnaces;
- garden sets.
