Livarna Kovis, Store, has many years of experience in the foundry business. The enterprise is a manufacturer of high quality castings made of grey iron and nodular iron. Nodular iron is produced in hot blast cupola furnace, additionally alloyed in the induction furnaces. The used technology is green sand moulding on the BMD automatic moulding line with a capacity of 60 moulds/hour. The annual output of the Foundry is 8500 tons. The company is a holder of ISO 9001 and quality certificates of TUV Munchen and Lloyd's Register of Shipping for cast iron qualities GGG 40, GGG 50, GGG 40.3, for disc wheels and wheel couplings. A part of the company's products are exported to Italy, Austria, Germany and other European countries.
