Magma Foundry & Machine (Pty) Ltd. is an automated V-process foundry and machine shop that offers full-service capabilities from component design through to final product phases. The Company provides on-site value-added services not always available from other casting suppliers including:
  • Patterns design and tooling using an integrated CAD/CAM system;
  • Ferrous and non-ferrous V-process casting;
  • CNC machining, finishing and subassembly;
  • Shot-blasting;
  • Powder-coating;
  • Acceptance quality control utilising a fully equipped lab.
The foundry accommodates component weight ranging from 25 grams to 0.25 tons and component dimensions of up to
900 x 1000 x 700 mm.
