Dneprotyazhmash JSC is one of the biggest metallurgical companies in Ukraine. Production cycle includes a number of interconnected
departments: metallurgical, forging, machining, assembling and others.
The enterprise produces:- steel castings, annual output is up to 100 000 tons: shaped
carbon-steel castings weighing up to 15 000 kg, shaped alloy-steel castings weighing up to 5000 kg, slag pots with 11 m³, 16 m³, and 16.5 m³ capacity, forging ingots up to 25
tons;
- cast iron, annual output is up to 24 000 tons: grey cast iron with strength up to 25 kg/mm², high-strength nodular cast iron of ferrite-pearlite and pearlite sort, anti-friction
cast iron, heat-resistant cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, shaped castings weighing up to 12 000 kg;
- non-ferrous alloys on the basis of Cu, Al and Zn: sand mould castings, die castings,
investment castings, shell mould castings.
Dneprotyazhmash applies EN ISO 9001 quality system and the company exports successfully its products to Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany,
Egypt, India, Iran, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Pakistan, Poland, Turkey, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Sweden.
