FOUNDRY SHOP of  NIKOLAEV ALUMINA PLANT  -  UKRAINE

The Nikolaev Alumina Plant is one of the biggest non-ferrous metallurgical plants in Europe, fitted with state-of-the-art equipment. The plant was built in 1980 in cooperation wuth Aluminium Pechiney, Lurgi and other western companies.

Foundry shop was built in our plant for supply of internal need in castings (about 300 MT per year). Capacity of the shop - up to 3000 MT. So we have opportunity to supply up to 2000 MT for external buyer if terms are suitable for us. We have modern equipment and qualified workers. We cast steel GS25, high-manganese steel, grey iron GG25, steel alloys. Our production of fine quality (guaranteed according to drawings, DIN):
  • High-manganese steel:
    Moulding - by machines 234M. Weight of castings - from 200 up to 1050 kg.
    Moulding - by machines 233M. Weight of castings - from 2 up to 200 kg.
  • High-chromium wear-resistant cast-iron:
    Moulding - vacuum-film process. Weight of castings - from 5 up to 700 kg.
  • Grey cast-iron:
    Moulding - by machines 233M. Weight of castings - from 5 up to 200 kg.
  • Carbon steels:
    Moulding - by machines 233M and 234M. Weight of castings - from 5 up to 400 kg.
