TSS foundry has a high-quality equipped pattern shop which provides mainly the following services:- Production of:
- wooden patterns for both piece and series production,
- patterns for series and mass production from casting resins: Epoxy, Ebalta, Axson, Furtenbach, Ciba-Geigy,
- aluminum alloy patterns,
- polystyrene patterns,
- moulds for hot plastic molding,
- laminating moulds. - Repairs of damaged patterns and pattern
equipment according to foundries' needs.
50% of the patterns production is exported to Germany, Italy and Austria.
