Loyal Group - Taiwan offers foundry resins include Furan Resin and Phenolic Resin, which is both produced in Taiwan, with ISO 9002 certification. Furan resin is produced from condensation polymerization of Furfural alcohol, urea, and formaldehyde. Loyal Furan Resin is used in modern foundry technology to increase the productivity and reduce energy and labor costs. It consists of several different grades for various applications. Loyal Phenolic resin is produced in a condensation polymerization of Phenol and Formaldehyde using basic catalysts. The resins that are formed are known as Bakelite's.
