Presented in the report are the results of the investigations of the cold hardening moulding and core mixtures with highly sulphone and polyurethane binders. The mechanisms of hardening of the bonding compounds are studied and the methods of regulating the rate of solidification of the self-hardening mixtures and their other properties have been developed. The developed compositions of the mixtures possess high technological properties. When using them the sanitary and hygienic conditions of labour in the foundries are considerably improved. В докладе изложены результаты исследований формовочных и стержневых смесей холодного отверждения с лигносульфоновыми и полиуретановыми связующими композициями. Изучены механизмы отверждения связующих композиций и разработаны методы регулирования скорости твердения самотвердеющих смесей и других их свойств. Разработанные составы смесей обладают высокими технологическими свойствами. При их использовании значительно улучшаются санитарно-гигиенические условия труда в литейных цехах. |
